Door-To-Door Workers Being Hired to Help With Vaccinations
Now that we seem to be turning the tide against the COVID-19, the drive to get every single (willing) Louisiana resident vaccinated. After not one, but 3 super-effective vaccines were developed at breakneck speed - it's time to do our part and get our shot(s)!
In an effort to turn barely-vaccinated areas of our state in to completely-vaccinated areas, Louisiana has made plans to bring it to doorsteps across the state and they need your help! "Together Louisiana," is currently hiring folks to go door-to-door and they're paying pretty good.
Just so you know, no one is expecting you to give out shots at the door. The state is looking to pay $15 an hour for canvassers that can help get the word out about vaccination locations and times. You'll be deployed deep into territory with low inoculation rates in order to educate folks who may be scared and hesitant about getting the shots. You'll also be tasked with setting appointments to get these slowpokes on the road to immunity!
The jobs promise 30-40 hours a week, and the project should last for about 3 months. It's perfect for someone who is between jobs right now. You'll be helping our state inch closer and closer to our freedom from this disease, saving lives, and making money!
