How To Deal With (ENS) Empty Nest Syndrome

My oldest son has moved to Houston, at least for awhile.  My youngest lives with his dad, so I am empty nesting.  While I wish the best for my oldest, Houston is a big world and I am so worried for him.

Well, me and Tiger will have some quality time, but I really need help dealing with this. Give me some ideas for coping with empty-nest syndrome, please!!
