If you have seen the movie Demolition Man from the 1990s with Sylvester Stallone and Sandra Bullock, you may recall that Taco Bell won the "franchise wars" and Taco Bell was a classy and upscale restaurant. Well, Yum! Brands, which owns Taco Bell, also owns KFC and guess what? KFC is going upscale.

Get ready for a new restaurant called "KFC Eleven"." The plans are to open it up next month, near their headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.

For those who don't know, as KFC has not advertised this in the better part of a decade, the "eleven" is a reference to the 11 herbs and spices in their Secret Recipe. One odd thing about this,  you won't be able to get their regular fried chicken.

The plan for the new menu is to only serve flatbreads with toppings, rice bowls, salads, and boneless chicken, as competition to businesses like Chipotle' and Panera Bread.

And while things are ch-ch-chaning, KFC Eleven won't be featuring the man who made it all possible...no more images of Colonel Sanders in it's logo.

So get ready, if the If the first KFC Eleven does well, they plan on opening at least one more location within a year...and then will we see the "franchise wars" that was lamented in Demolition Man?
