First responders in the Bossier area will be getting some training on Tuesday, Oct 25, as Bossier Parish hosts a Parish-wide disaster drill that will involve multiple locations and agencies.

More than 100 First Responders were treated to lunch by a 7-year-old boy yesterday, in honor of September 11.

Bossier Parish kids head back to the classrooms next Monday, but there are several activities going on this afternoon in preparation for the 2016-17 school year.

The Bossier Office of Homeland Security will be conducting an emergency drill, and they are asking the public to not be alarmed...it is only a drill.
