So, you read an article about starting a new exercise program. You've watched a YouTube video about a healthier diet. Or, perhaps you have a friend who has inspired you to become a minimalist and throw away most of your stuff in an effort to part ways with the over-materialism of our age...
Give it a try. Get a simple journal. Write everyday consistently everyday for around ten minutes. Do it for a month, at least. Let me know what happens.
