For the 2nd year in a row, Louis Armstrong International in New Orleans ranks among the best airports in North America. The Crescent City hub has been named as one of the top 3 airports in the category of between 5 and 15 million passengers per year. New Orleans joins the Indianapolis International Airport and the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport as top winners in this category.

New Orleans also won the top prize for the airport with the best overall concessions program in the Medium/Small Airports Division

DFW also picked up a trophy in the large airport category for the airport with the “Highest Regard for Customer Service”.

The award was based on 465,000 traveler surveys at airports in 90 countries and 400 airports throughout last year, which covered topics like overall experience, security, cleanliness, dining and more.
