Bad Weather May Cause Krewe of Highland Parade To Roll Early

Rain, wind and possible thunderstorms expected to move into the Ark La Tex Sunday afternoon may cause the Krewe of Highland Parade, originally scheduled for a 2pm start, to roll out sooner on Sunday, maybe as early as noon.
