Bossier Restaurant Set to Open Shreveport Location As Early As Next Month

Shreveporters will no longer have to "bridge" the gap to enjoy this restaurant... See what we did there?

At the beginning of the year, we told you that one of your favorite restaurants in Bossier would be opening a second location in Shreveport. Well, we are officially just a month away from the grand opening. I'm sure you've seen the signs going in on East 70th Street.

Don Juanz Baja Beach Tacos is expected to open in October.

According to the Shreveport Times, the Airline Drive location in Bossier opened 10 years ago and due to the increased traffic, owner Don O'Byrne decided to expand. Don build the business from the ground up.

What's new at this location?

The patio. It's something that the Bossier location does not have. This will open up plenty of opportunities for Don to play around with, I'm sure. Don has a vision for this restaurant and I wouldn't be surprised if we saw this brand go national.

Applications are also available for those interested in working at the new location. Stop by the Bossier location anytime between 1:30-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
