I don't care what anyone says, the City of Shreveport and SPAR (Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation) create fabulous programming for our area and despite what people seem to think, there's always something going on in Shreveport. Case in point, the city wide Halloween party in Shreveport Friday, October 31st! It's going to be great fun for the entire family! Here are the details from representative Becky Berry!

Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation (City of Shreveport) want to help citizens of Shreveport celebrate Halloween with our annual SPAR Citywide Halloween Party on Friday, October 31st from 5 PM to 8 PM.

This annual event is held at 15 community centers located throughout the City of Shreveport. There will be games, contests, treats and much more. The event is free to the public. The community centers hosting parties include:
