Sean Stewart, 10, of Natchitoches, Louisiana has one big wish for Christmas this year - he hopes that he can receive 1,000 Christmas cards. In fact, he may have already surpassed that goal, but would still love to receive more. Sean was diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder 5 years ago, but despite the struggles that life has thrown him, he somehow manages to live life with a smile on his face.

Sean loves to receive mail. Last year, his mom Jennifer Hill-Robertson came up with a Christmas card campaign, where he received 450 cards. After realizing the joy that opening Christmas cards brought to Sean, she decided to up the ante this year.

Sean told us that he has received cards from all over the world...Korea, Dublin, Ireland, California, as well as all over the Ark-La-Tex.

His mom says that getting mail has really helped this once non-verbal child to better learn to communicate.
