Broadway has long been the dream of every actor that has longed for success. If you're lucky enough to get cast in a musical on Broadway, it's like winning the lottery. If you get cast in the 2013 Tony Award Winning musical, "Kinky Boots," it's like winning the Powerball!

That is the case for Graham Montgomery, a 5th grader from Bossier school W.T. Lewis Elementary.

Eleven-year-old Graham Montgomery, son of Dale and Allison Montgomery and brother of Maddie (13) and Fletcher (7) has recently booked the the role of Young Charlie for the Tony Award Winning, "Kinky Boots," on Broadway.

As a student of Stage Center Academy of Performing Arts in Shreveport, vocally trained by Seth Taylor and Susan VanEaton and dance trained by Gwen Cardone of Dance Loud Academy of South Bossier City, Graham has worked his way from local theater to the bright lights of Broadway.

Graham has recently appeared locally in Stage Center's production of "Ragtime," Shreveport Little Theater's production of "To Kill A Mockingbird" and ACT's production of "Beauty and The Beast."

We wish Graham nothing but the best. Break a leg!
