My Son Gets to Call in About His Latest News from the Marines

My son, JW Cox got some pretty good news this week. He's landed an assignment in Hawaii!

He will serve at Kaneohe Bay, which is about 30 minutes from Honolulu. He called in on my "bat phone" this morning to tell me more about this big news.

I am so proud of him and know he is so excited to get this assignment. One of our KVKI listeners did call in to say he will probably get bored after the first 6 months there because it is such a small island. I hope that's not the case. If so, I'll just have to make more trips to Hawaii!! Poor me!!
