Here's the line I heard the most today from other folks over forty: 'A band called Daft Punk won the 'Record of the Year' Grammy? What kind of name is that is that and who are they?'

Well, Daft Punk is a French duo consisting of Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter and they've been together since the late 1990s. Over the years they've won numerous other Grammy's, plus American Music Awards, American and European MYV Awards and Europe's BRIT music awards.
