Shreveport Gator Run This Weekend

With 'ol Mother Nature finally turning off the heat, it's time to get outside and have some fun!

And fun is even better when it helps out a great cause!

Coming up Saturday the 24th, the Captain Shreve Alumni Association teams up with the food bank of Northwest Louisiana for the 11th annual Gator Run.

The one mile fun run for kids (Or Robert???) gets under way from Lee Hedges Stadium at 8am. Then, it's the 5k walk/run at 8:30am.

Everyone is asked to bring nonperishable food items for the food bank. Click Here for more information.
