You Can Win a Spot in the Gumbo Gladiator Event

The Battle of the Gumbo Gladiators is coming up later this month and we have your chance to win an entry into the competition.

It's Saturday, March 29th from 11am-3pm and it's free to the public. You can taste all of the gumbo varieties. It's at Festival Plaza in Downtown Shreveport. Gumbo chefs from all over the region are expected to enter the competition.

There will be Cash prizes up for grabs again this year:

Ultimate Seafood Gumbo Gladiator $500

Ultimate Non-seafood $500

Gumbo Gladiator of the People $250

It's a fundraiser for the Volunteers for Youth Justice.
