A New Year – And New Resolutions We Won’t Keep
We're now a couple of days into 2012. I don't know about you, but I'm still trying to figure out what my New Years Resolutions are... And what my chances are of keeping them long-term!
Then, I ran across an info-graphic from www.visual.ly. They gathered some statistics from the CDC, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and Opinion Research Corporation... And then I got depressed!
The most popular resolutions include drinking less, lose weight, manage debt, and stop smoking.
Those all sound good, right?
The problem is that 88% of us fail at keeping our New Years Resolutions! In fact, 25% can't even make it a week.
So I could aim for a big lofty goal like exercise... But I'd probably fail.
So I think I resolve to win the lottery!
