I think my single friends would agree... Being single can really stink! But how far would you be willing to travel to meet 'The One' during a PANDEMIC?!?!?

Obviously, I would prefer to meet the man of my dreams and true life partner sooner rather than later, but I'm not sure I'm willing to travel to Alaska to find out if some guy I met on Match is the one. However, I have dated someone from Memphis and we would split the difference and meet in the middle, exploring new places while we were at it. Unfortunately, the distance was too much to overcome. But that begs the question, how far are you willing to travel for the potential love of your life?

Apparently, I'm not the only one with love on my mind because the folks at EverydayCarry.com did some research and found out how far singles are willing to travel to go on a date during the pandemic. The results are based on 3,000 singles from September 2020. I'd hazard a guess that with it being the new year, some people might actually be willing to drive a little bit further now. So, how many miles are willing to put on our vehicle in Louisiana? The study showed that Louisiana singles would travel 2.8 hours to go on a date during the pandemic. That's just shy of Dallas if you're heading west and includes Alexandria, Fort Polk, Natchitoches, Monroe and even Vicksburg and Jackson as well as Hot Springs, etc... I think that's a pretty good radius, don't you? But how far are they willing to drive to see us? Texas singles will travel up to 2.4 hours and singles in Arkansas and Mississippi would drive 1.5 and 2.5 hours respectively.

So how far are you willing to travel in the interest of true love during a pandemic? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
