Nothing makes me feel quite as inadequate as the Facebook suggestions of what I should be doing to look and feel better. We've all seen them: health and wellness experts sharing the latest and greatest trends in beauty and fashion. But this trend made my skin crawl. Snake massages.

Let me clear. I don't care how stressed I am. Having snakes crawl all over me is what nightmares are made of. I would be a hot, sweaty, shaking mess if you put me through that. Let's just hope this trend doesn't make it to Acadiana.
