The Louisiana Department Of Health (LDH) has issued a grave warning concerning vaping and lung disease.

The LDH says that 13 cases of pulmonary illness linked to vaping has been reported in Louisiana.

They say that vaping e-cigarettes contain many harmful ingredients like nicotine, heavy metals, lead, and cancer-causing chemicals.

The LDH recommends that if you use e-cigarettes to monitor yourself or others for symptoms.

These symptoms include:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chest pain
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Fatigue
  • Fever
  • Weight loss

If you start to develop symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.
