I have had ups and downs with weight for years and I have looked for ways to find a longterm solution. But we all know the answer: you have to exercise, especially after age 40. You also have to watch what you eat. So this year I am trying something you might consider pretty radical. My BFF and I are going to do this together. We have drawn up a contract that will outline how often and when we exercise. It will also detail our diet plan.  Dr. Jason Maggio from All The Way Health on Fern Avenue is going to oversee our diet plan.  We are excited, but nervous.  The other part of our plan is to keep journals. 

We will share these with each other to make sure we are on track.  Wish us luck and I will post details of the contract later this week or early next week.
