This has been something that comes up about every few years since the original Phoenix Lights began back in 1997. If you aren't aware of this even, it was seen over Arizona all the way to Sonora, Mexico. It was int he shape of a "V" and looked like it had digital lights.

Well, every couple of years some joker tries to tie road flares to a kite, or a balloon and float it over Phoenix to keep the folklore alive. And it seems to work.

Now, I lived in Phoenix before I came here and this newscast was the most popular in Phoenix. I watched it every morning, because it was reliable and entertaining. They had the best news, traffic and weather. So, here is where things get interesting, while they are reporting on the traffic this past Thursday, there was a large, but quick flash of lights on their traffic camera. They come back to the video and explain that they can't figure out what it is. They pretty much rule out a transformer exploding, so what is it? Take a look and see if you can figure it out. They even mention The Phoenix Lights...hmmm
