Dr. Jason Maggio with All The Way Heath set up this plan for me. My BFF and I are doing this together and we have a contract that I will share with you later.
The foods I can eat for the next 30 days:
Proteins: egg whites, chicken (breast or thigh), beef, fish.
Legumes: lentils, black beans, pinto beans, red beans (use dried, not canned)
Vegetables: spinach, mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower or other cruciferous vegetables), sauerkraut, kimchee, asparagus, peas, green beans.
I am also using an egg white protein shake mix

Got this from Vitamins Plus and I use it in the morning when I wake up.
I am also taking an all natural fatburner called fucothin. Vitamins Plus inside Drug Emporium has this on hand.

And I also have the Health Force Vitamin C powder.

Drinks: black coffee, unsweetened tea and lots of filtered water.
Eat 4 meals a day.
