We all have a moment, when we feel that "darn it, I am the customer and the customer is right!" Then there are moments that we are the customer and we are wrong. This is the latter. This customer gets the crown as the Customer from Hell.

The video below is long, but it is worth watching. This is what happens when someone crosses the line of being an upset customer to being belligerent.

As you will see this Young (I will withhold the term "lady" and opt for) PITA, decided to unleash a litany of expletives, racial epithets and generally rude behaviors not considered permissible by anyone who would be considered an adult...or better yet, considered civilized.

And how did this scenario happen? The drive through window person forgot to give this person a receipt. Yep, that's it. And we get to listen to this annoying girl whine about it for almost 10 minutes.

So why, should you view this video? The guy behind the counter kept his cool and showcased the best of customer service skills. He controlled the situation, as best as he could without throwing this girl out of the business.

Huffington Post complimented the employee: “The employee featured in the video really deserves a medal of honor for his calm and collective response. Dunkin’ Donuts, if you’re reading this, give this guy a raise!” HuffPost adds.

And even Gawker has something nice to say about the employee “Forget about tracking her down — find this man and give him a serious raise,”

I would have to agree with both quotes above. This guy showed restraint that most people could never muster.

(Please keep in mind, this video has vile language. If you think you could get in trouble with this audio, wait until you get home. If kids are nearby, DO NOT PLAY IT!!!!)

Now back to the mouthy girl. Who is she? Her name is Taylor Chapman of Broward County Florida. And it seems that people are quite tired of her garbage. So much so that The Smoking Gun has a page dedicated to her titled "Meet the Horrible Florida Woman Who Berated a Dunkin Donuts Employee"

With ever villain, there is a hero. And this hero's name is Abid Adar. He is the employee who took the garbage from this foul mouthed miscreant. He is about to enter school to be a doctor. I think this kid is well on his way to having exceptional bed-side manner by putting up with Ms. Chapman.
