Ever since I started running, I realized everything I had heard over the years was true. Like, if you're tired, running (physical activity) will give you more energy than a nap.
Last night during my Couch to 5K run, I wanted to put some extra pep in my step. Sure, I like to rock out, but there's just something about a good heavy/dirty bass line.
Recently, I started a very personal journey from my couch to running a 5K. Everyone has their own reasons for running, just like everyone has their own incentives for getting their shoes on and their butts out the door each morning before most people have hit snooze for the first time!
