New TLC Reality Show ‘Best Funeral Ever’ Asks: “How Would You Like to Go Out?”

If you are a reality show junkie, perhaps you will like this one. From TLC, the network that brought you "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo," comes "Best Funeral Ever." The show features many different kinds of specialty funerals that got us thinking: what type of funeral would we want?

The show goes goes behind-the-scenes at the Golden Gate Funeral Home, where they specialize in themed funerals. On the show, friends have the memorial and then throw a wild party.

Some of the themes you might see on the show are: Christmas-inspired (complete with reindeer, elves and snow). You will also see some special sporting-themed funerals.

I'm thinking this is a pretty good idea. I wouldn't mind having an LSU Tigers funeral myself. Robert wants just a few of his friends to hold a "bring him back to life" ceremony. On the show, friends have the memorial and then throw a wild party.

The special will air on December 26 on TLC at 8 p.m. EST. The network has ordered a pilot for now. If it's hot, they might just pick it up for a full season.
