Wash, Dry & Wag! Dog Wash For The Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana This Saturday

The Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana will host Wash, Dry & Wag!, a Dog Wash in hopes to raise money to take care of abandoned, sick and homeless animals in our area. Their Mission: To eliminate the suffering of animals and do the best they possibly can to provide loving care for the animals they meet and get to be a part of their lives and help them find their FUREVER HOME!

Because of the recent influx of abandoned puppies from Blanchard and a box of puppies rescued from a dumpster last month, the Humane Society's veterinarian bills are quite large.  Most of these puppies were covered in fleas, tapeworms and some had pneumonia. Therefore, the HSNWLA has waived their adoption fees and agreed to pay for their treatment.  But by doing so, they are in need of donations in order to keep accepting other animals.

Wash, Dry & Wag! Dog Wash in the Bellemeade Shopping Center on Youree Drive in Shreveport. The dog wash will take place to the right/behind Charming Charlie's on Saturday, July 19th from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
