If you listen closely, you can hear school bells ringing all over the Arklatex. And that is is about to be the case with BPCC as well.

With classes scheduled to begin less than a week from now on August 19, there isn't much time left to register for the Fall semester at Bossier Parish Community College, but they are doing all they can to make things a little easier.

Online registration is available at bpcc.edu/admissions, but for those new and returning students who prefer or need face-to-face assistance with class selection, financial aid, veteran resources, and other services, BPCC will host a general registration for the fall semester this coming Tuesday and Wednesday, August 17 and 18 from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm each day

Registration will begin in Building F on the BPCC campus, 6220 East Texas Street in Bossier City.  Students are required to wear masks at all times while on campus.

Additionally, due to the recent increase in COVID positivity rates, multiple locations will be utilized for academic advising, financial aid counseling and other services to allow for social distancing.

To further assist in reducing density and keeping everyone safe, only the student will be allowed to meet with faculty and staff.   Spouses, children, siblings, friends, and others will not be allowed.

Virtual appointments will be available for students feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
