You asked for it, you got it! You told us you loved our Feel Good '80s Weekends but wanted to hear music from the '90s, too. We listened!
Starting this Friday, March 17th, 2023, at 3 pm with Bristol, we're going old school celebrating the decade of Swatch watches, Cabbage Patch Kids, and break dancing! Yep, we're bringing back all of the '80s hits you love and we'll keep the totally awesome tunes rolling through Sunday, March 19th at 7 pm when Delilah comes on. Are you ready to revisit the decade that brought us friendship bracelets, Care Bears, and Miami Vice? We sure are! As if that weren't enough, this time around, we're making the party even bigger with hits from the '90s, too!
It's hard to believe, but in the '80s we thought Nintendo was the height of gaming, that Garbage Pail Kids were cool, and that Clara Peller really wanted to know, 'Where's the Beef?'. We also wore crazy stuff like slap bracelets, penny loafers, Jelly shoes, and hyper-colored shirts. What were we thinking?!?!? We also idolized artists like Madonna, Prince, Michael Jackson, and Duran Duran! In the '90s, we were all about AOL and felt the pain when our Tamagotchi digital pet died. Both men and women had frosted hair and we also wondered if Rachel and Ross would ever get back together on Friends.
