Meet Caroline Fisher – A Kidd’s Kids Teen from Shreveport

By now you've heard of Kidd's Kids with regard to KVKI's Kidd Kraddick Morning Show. Each year, we dedicate one day to raising money in order to take as many kids with life altering conditions and their families as we can to Disney on an all expenses paid trip. It's their chance to get away from the endless rounds of hospital rooms, doctor visits, needles and procedures!

Last year, Kidd's daughter Caroline, started the Kidd's Kids Teen Trip as another way to continue honoring the Kidd Kraddick legacy. As you can see from the video above, thanks to giving hearts like yours, it was an amazing success.

With that being said, this year's trip is right around the corner! 14 very special teens will be making the trip in June and one of them is 14-year-old Caroline Fisher from right here in Shreveport! We can't wait to hear Caroline having the time of her life as the show broadcasts live from their trip and get to know Caroline better. After all, there's way more to Caroline than the diagnosis of end stage renal failure.
