Erin’s Gym Time!
Back to work at the gym now that my back is feeling better. My BFF, Leslie and I have been walking, but we are about to kick it up a notch.
We will be training with Taylor Beth at Fitness World at least 3X a week. She got us started this week and will be moving us from the cardio to the machines during our next session. So far, so good. Diet is still so tough, but Dr. Jason Maggio with All The Way Health says he will expand our diet after we hit a month. Here’s the link to the full diet plan.
I have lost 7 pounds so far…..not so bad. Vitamins Plus inside Drug Emporium is providing some of the basics we need for the diet, including the Egg White Protein Shake powder which is GREAT!! Thanks Pam!
