Michael Madsen Arrested For Child Endangerment [VIDEO/PICS]

One of the big named stars of the "Kill Bill", "Free Wille" and "Donnie Brasco" was arrested this afternoon on charges of Child Endangerment this afternoon.

What tipped off police was the argument that ensued and Madsen and his under-aged son got into a physical fight. This wasn't in some low-rent neighborhood either, it was in Malibu.

Interesting to note, police thought they were intoxicated...well, they were kind of...more like stoned, as someone observed they were smoking a joint out back. So add a misdemeanor to that felony.

The paramedics checked out Madsen's son and he is just fine. As for what happened, well Michael Madsen says it is just a misunderstanding.
