Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott has announced she is pregnant, topping off the week with more Nashville baby news. The singer and husband Chris Tyrrell shared the happy news with fans on the trio's Facebook page Friday afternoon. The married on Jan. 7 of this year.

"Chris & I are excited to announce that our Christmas gift has arrived a little early this year! We are having a BABY! We feel so blessed!!! - Hillary," she wrote.

2012 has been a big year for Lady A on the family front, as both Scott and Dave Haywood married. The new baby will be the first in the band, however. Tyrell is also Lady Antebellum's drummer, so the two will never have to be far apart after she delivers in 2013.

It's not clear how far along Scott is at this time. Recently, she talked about spending Thanksgiving with her in-laws for the first time as a married woman. She brought a Scott family tradition along with her -- the recipe for her grandmother's sweet potato casserole. The songstress is the daughter of Linda Davis, a popular '90s country singer best know for her duet with Reba McEntire on 'Does He Love You.'

Earlier on Friday, Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles announced that she had delivered her baby on Thursday (Dec. 6), a boy named Magnus.
