Erin’s Diet: What’s Next?
Dr. Jason Maggio is ready to set up a diet plan for me for “after the cleanse”.
He tell me I should use tonight and tomorrow as your cheat day, but then get right back on his plan: 20 pounds for 30 days. But he says “try to take it easy Super Bowl day don’t want to many cheat days in a row”. I have lost 9 pounds during the past 7 days. I am doing the cleanse for one more day as I head into Mardi Gras weekend. Here’s details on the cleanse.
I’ll post the 20 pounds in 30 days diet on Monday so you can see what I’ve added back to my diet. But it will include more fruits and some dairy (I love Greek Yogurt). Nuts are also a big part of the diet for snacking.
